Fairy
A disruptive element that takes pride in creating an imbalance and dysfunction within the environment.
Novice (0 - 60)
Blue Bloods of the Fairy element have the most unpredictable abilities. At these early levels, their abilities tend to be full of surprises even for them. The range of which their abilities can work begins at a radius of 5 feet/1.5 meter.

Level 1 (Requires 0 medals)
Pixie Dust – At this level, fairy dust can be created through any means, whether intentionally or accidentally. It’s gold and glittery in appearance and when it comes in contact with non-living things, a random act may occur such as a change in color, size, or weight. These effects are not illusions; however, they are temporary and will usually wear off after a few minutes.
lvl2
Level 2 (Requires 30 medals)
Upon reaching this level, Fairy elementals begin to develop a strong sense for magic. They can understand what capabilities/magic type another individual has simply by being within their range. In the same notion, they may also determine what state they’re in and how much magical energy is left in their reserves.
Fairy Aura – At this early level, everything and everyone within the Blue Bloods range is prone to magical illness if they are not careful in keeping their magic under control. After five minutes of exposure, the magical illness will cause dizziness and fatigue. This typically wears off once away from the Fairy Blue Blood.
Intermediate (60 - 140)
At this tier, the User’s magical capabilities begin to extend itself to different magical alignments such as interactions with animals and natural elements. The range of which their abilities can work extends to a radius of 10 feet/3 meters.

Level 3 (Requires 60 medals)
Animal Telepathy – While animals are not necessarily capable of any dialogue, Fairy Blue Bloods can get a sense of what’s on their mind regarding their current wants, needs, or fears.
Animal Imitation – A special characteristic of Fairy Blue Bloods is their ability to temporarily adapt to their environment. These Blue Bloods can imitate one sense of an animal so long as said animal is within their vicinity.
lvl4
Level 4 (Requires 100 medals)
Elemental Adaptation – The ability to use magic to adapt to other nature-based elements such as Air, Water, Fire, and Nature. With this power, the Fairy Elemental can use any of these element’s Novice level abilities.
Advanced (140 - 240)
At this tier, abilities to further put use to pixie dust grows. These acts become less random and more intentional if the user desires. The range of which their abilities can work extends to a radius of 15 feet/4.5 meters.
lvl5
Level 5 (Requires 140 medals)
Fairy Dust – Unlike Pixie Dust, Fairy Dust comes in a pinkish or purplish color. Its effects include levitating objects and leaving behind mushroom rings wherever it is used. These mushrooms, if eaten, cause reality-bending hallucinations.
lvl6
Level 6 (Requires 190 medals)
Fairy Tracking – Using Fairy dust, a Fairy elemental can use it on any item, person, or animal to track their whereabouts. These effects work to an upwards of three days.
Expert (240 - 360)
At this tier, the user’s ability begins to grow more in tune with animals and their uses. The range of which their abilities can work extends to a radius of 20 feet/6 meters.
lvl7
Level 7 (Requires 240 medals)
Imitation – Blue Bloods of this level can grant themselves one physical trait pertaining to any woodland animal at a time. As soon as these traits are no longer being used, they disappear, and the Blue Blood reverts to their normal appearance.
lvl8
Level 8 (Requires 300 medals)
At this level of mastery, Fairy Blue Bloods can direct animals inflicted with Fairy dust to do their bidding. These effects wear off if the animal leaves the Blue Blood’s range.
Master (360 - 500)
At this final tier of mastery, the Blue Blood learns how to use enchantment magic to enchant either items or food as well as manipulate the outcome of one’s day. The range of which their abilities can work extends to a radius of 25 feet/7.5 meters.
lvl9
Level 9 (Requires 360 medals)
Enchantment Magic – The ability to magically enchant items or food that carry special effects. (Effects must be mod approved.)
lvl10
Level 10 (Requires 500 medals)
At this final level of mastery, Fairy Blue Bloods can influence the outcome of one’s day using magically enhanced fairy dust. However, they cannot decide whether that day will be good or bad, that will be left up to chance. For the next 24 hours, the person’s day can either be extremely lucky, or extremely unlucky.
