Note: Animated applications and decorated google doc bios will not be allowed. Please provide us your application in a basic format (black text against a white background, or as image description on deviantart).

Note: You are free to alter the application template in any way you want (change its color, hue, add a background, draw additional elements on it, switch and mix anything etc.) The only thing we ask for is to not reduce the final size of the application below 50% of its original size. if you need help or assistance with filling up the template, let us know.
