Air

An element that begins gentle with it’s use, but grows more acutely as it adapts itself to other forms of magic such as the manipulation of sound.

Novice (0 - 60)

At this tier, magic comes to users of this element quite easily. Air users are known to have a better grasp on their abilities compared to others. Their early levels of magic involve learning to move air and create small breezes. The range of which their magic can work begins at a radius of 10 feet/3 meters.

lvl1

Level 1 (Requires 0 medals)

For a Blue Blood of this level learning Air-based magic, they will find little difficulty in getting a gentle breeze to move. For those who were going years unaware of their magic, they may have already been using it subconsciously. However, at this moment in mastery, they are unable to control the direction of where the breeze goes. These breezes will not be strong enough to cause even a leaf to move.

lvl2

Level 2 (Requires 30 medals)

At this level, the direction of the breeze can now be controlled in any desired direction. With the same type of magic, Blue Bloods of this element will be able to stop the natural flow of breezes altogether.

Intermediate (60 - 140)

At this tier, the strength of their wind magic sharply increases, and the Blue Blood will find that they are able to manipulate its sound as well as its speed. The range of their magic now extends itself to 15 feet/4.5 meters.

lvl3

Level 3 (Requires 60 medals)

Able to now manifest fully fledged winds, Blue Bloods of this level can shuffle light weight objects with the strength of their magic.

lvl4

Level 4 (Requires 100 medals)

Sound FrictionThe speed of their winds can be increased, causing a friction over existing objects in the space to create sounds such as howling, whirring, whistling or something vaguer. They can manipulate these winds as much as they’d like to distort their sound.

Advanced (140 - 240)

At this tier, the user’s advancement takes on a more magical route that allows them to control more than just winds. Additionally, they will find their hearing capabilities to grow exponentially over the course of the next few tiers. The range to which they can work with is now extended to 20 feet/6 meters.

lvl5

Level 5 (Requires 140 medals)

Levitation - Blue Bloods can levitate objects under 10 lb./5 kg. using Air based magic.


Sound Amplification – At this point in mastery, the user will find that they can manipulate the air in the space around them to amplify noise from anyone or anything.

lvl6

Level 6 (Requires 190 medals)

Sound Nullification – At this point in mastery, the user will be able to null or decrease any sound output within the range of their magical radius.

Expert (240 - 360)

At this tier, the user will have advanced hearing. This comes with its pros as well as its cons. While they can now hear more acutely, they become more sensitive and can easily rupture their eardrums if they aren’t careful. The element of air is known to be flexible in terms of ability range as they can manipulate wind and sound and can even heal. The range to which they can work with is now extended to 25 feet/7.5 meters.

lvl7

Level 7 (Requires 240 medals)

Air Purification - At this level, Blue Bloods of this element will be able to purify the air around them from any toxic or polluted particles in their vicinity. This type of magic will work as the first basis for their healing capabilities. 

lvl8

Level 8 (Requires 300 medals)

Atmospheric Pressure – Blue Bloods at this level will be able to manipulate atmospheric pressure. However, any effects that may result from being exposed to dangerous pressures will harm the user as well.


Oxygen Therapy – With this type of magic, Blue Bloods of this element will be able to increase oxygen levels by increasing the atmospheric pressure around them. Breathing in this magically enhanced air will help heal an individual beginning from the inside. It will relieve tension, improve lung function, circulate blood flow, reduce inflammation, and allow external injuries to heal at twice the normal rate.

Master (360 - 500)

At this tier, the user will acquire more advanced abilities that are not directly related to the manipulation of air. The range to which they can work with is now extended to 30 feet/9 meters.

lvl9

Level 9 (Requires 360 medals)

With the addition of the ability to control atmospheric pressure, Blue Bloods at this level of mastery will be able to create harsher winds that reach to tropical force levels.


Vibration Magic – With this type of magic, Blue Bloods of this element will be able to manipulate vibrations around them. This can shatter glass, cause ripples, produce sound, and create other similar effects.

lvl10

Level 10 (Requires 500 medals)

Sound Manipulation – Through the Blue Blood becoming more accustomed to vibration-based magic, they will now be able to manipulate sound and make more specific noises. While these sounds will be clear enough to be understood, they are only ever a vague imitation of what they are meant to be.
